Membership Fees & Responsibilities
Parents provide the childcare. The monthly dues cover operational costs such as rent, utilities, supplies, activities, etc.

At Puddle Jumpers, the parents are wholly responsible for running the organization, which includes financial, strategic, legal, staff management, enrollment responsibilities, as well as the ongoing management of day-to-day operations in the classroom. Each member family is required to take on a number of roles to ensure we provide the best possible care for us all to thrive.
Although cooperative childcare offers great rewards, the work involved in running a thriving coop is substantial. We encourage prospective families to reflect carefully on the time and energy commitment before applying.
